1. Fiscal Representation - Including the payment of all your properties Council Tax IMI (two instalments)

· Individuals (single owners): 125 € (104.17 € + VAT)

· Couples (or two individuals): 150 € (125 € + VAT)

· Additional Co-Owners (above two individuals): 60 € (50 € + VAT)

2. Rental Income Tax Return (IRS Annex F): 120 € (100 € + VAT) - We do not charge more for multiple property rentals!

3. Capital Gains Tax Filing Fee (IRS Annex G): 250 € (208.33 € + VAT) - be surprised with the costs you will be able to offset!

3. Tourist Rental Licence – (File management and application)*: 500 € (416.66 € + VAT)

*Note: the service is complete and cannot be cheaper due to the number of hours it takes and necessary diligences within the different authorities!
